When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call our reception team on 02920 515151 or email [email protected] as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment or would like to re-arrange.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

How to Cancel or Re-Arrange Your Appointment

If you need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment, please call us on 02920 515151 during our opening hours. If necessary, you may leave a voicemail message or send an email. We will return your call or reply to your email as soon as possible.

Late / Short – Notice Cancellations

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. You may be charged a £25 cancellation fee.

No-Shows / Failing to Attend

A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without contacting the practice to cancel. The patient will be charged £40 as a missed appointment fee.

Late Attendance

If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same £25 cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient to you.

We require payment in full in advance of all exam, hygiene and emergency appointments booked, to hold your appointment. A £50 deposit must be paid for all treatment – this deposit will be deducted from the full amount following the appointment. Cancellation fees will be deducted from any amount paid in advance.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future appointments.
